  • We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and meet the conditions outlined below. Refunds will be processed once the items have been returned and reintegrated into our inventory.
  • Custom-made products are generally non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or defect.

2. Custom Items

  • Custom items, such as personalized name badges or made-to-order products, are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue with the item. If you encounter a problem, please contact us for support. We strive to ensure these products meet the highest standards.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • We will cover return shipping costs up to $15. If the return shipping cost exceeds this limit, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees beyond this amount.

4. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee may apply to returned or exchanged items. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with charges communicated prior to the return authorization being granted. Restocking fees help cover the administrative and logistical costs associated with processing returns.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
