Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy outlining the details you need to know regarding our shipping methods, timeframes, and processes.

1. Shipping Carriers

  • We currently ship via UPS and USPS for both standard and expedited shipping options. These carriers ensure timely delivery of your order, whether it’s going to your home or office.

2. Shipping Costs

  • All orders will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Shipping costs will vary depending on whether you choose standard or expedited shipping options.
  • If an incorrect or invalid address is entered at checkout you will be responsible for any fees charged by UPS or USPS.

3. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Most orders placed by 12 PM PST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Orders containing custom or personalized items may take longer to process. You will receive an estimated shipping timeline once your order is confirmed.

4. Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location:
    • Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery time varies based on selection at checkout.
  • All customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please contact our customer service team at guildshop@gbpro.net, and we’ll be happy to manually assist you with this request.

6. Handling and Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Special packaging will be used for fragile or sensitive items. There are no additional handling fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, GB Pro will file a claim on your behalf with UPS or USPS. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your order has been lost or if it arrives damaged.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for your delivery.
  • Once an order ships, we are unable to make changes. You will have to contact UPS or USPS to make adjustments to your delivery.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
